L Squared Holdings, Inc. was founded in 2016 by Managing Director Lance Lenny. Lance also serves as CEO and owner of public records company SearchTec, Inc., National Data Access Corp and title agency SearchTec Abstract Inc.

In his more than 20 years in the public records industry, Lance has overseen or consulted on several acquisitions, and spearheaded the opening of [four] of entirely newly formed state-based satellite offices.

In addition to Lance, the L Squared team includes highly-seasoned specialists with focus areas that include operations, accounting, vendor management, and business development. L Squared’s clients and associates range from independent county-based records search companies throughout the country to the largest service firms in the industry.
